(4) programmable LASCO power hammers,
Three (3) Induction Heaters and Three (3) SMERAL Cross Wedge Roll
machines.
The Cross Wedge Roll (CWR) will allow us to control the billet shape.
Enhancing tool life and contributing to raw material savings.
Five (5)-axis DECKEL-MAHO hi-speed CNC machine for die making to
complement the 6 CNC machining centers we currently have.
FARO Arm a Six (6)-axis portable measuring arm and digitizer (laser
scan) for inspection of dies and capturing of data to modify tooling
