LC Manufacturing MACHINING DIVISION

Paris Machining Co. is a modern facility located in Paris Kentucky, which is conveniently located within a few miles of Lexington, near the I-75 corridor. The Paris facility occupies 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space and has 21 CNC machines devoted to manufacturing safety related components for large O.E.M. manufacturers. Q.S. 9000 certification has been obtained, and allows our major customers to certify Paris to furnish parts directly to the assembly lines. Paris has in house production mag equipment as well as Brinell testing equipment suitable for 100 percent inspection. Part weights from a few pounds to 35 pounds are easily handled on the CNC equipment.

Currently, the facility is arranged in ten cells, but has the flexibility so that a given project can be engineered to optimized the logistics of the equipment for the most cost effective manufacturing techniques.

Production runs range from 20 to a few thousand pieces at a time. All tooling set-up time is engineered in house to optimized production. Computerized production monitoring is used to identify bottlenecks, and to facilitate the production runs. Our goal at Paris is to enter into long-term agreements with our customers and facilitate with additional equipment if needed to ensure the most effective system for our customers.
